First Job

My very first Job at intuitiv consisted of rigorously checking the recently built and refurbished site, 'Elia' (A client of Intuitiv, who specializes in premium utensils).

Lorem Ipsum checks

To begin, I drafted a spreadsheet and compiled a list of all accounts of 'Lorem Ipsum' (previously mentioned on the home page) and noted down, their location (where they appear on the page), the link to the page it appears on and finally a ruff subheading of the categorized utensil or glass wear it appears under.

This took longer then first assumed as the site was extremally big, and had many notable accounts of 'Lorem Ipsum' that I need to write down.

The importance of this was that it was necessary for the client to easily locate and remove any left over 'Lorem ipsum' in order to be replaced with desired text promoting their products. And so the spreadsheet was swiftly forwarded to them before the publication of the website went live.

Spelling and grammar checks

To add to this, I drafted a second spreadsheet and compiled a list of all accounts of spelling errors throughout the website. I further noted them down within the new spreadsheet and added links to the pages they appeared, along with page location and similarly a ruff subheading of the categorized utensil or glass wear they appear under.

This also took a long time, however since there were far less spelling errors then 'Lorem Ipsum' accounts, comparably it was very quick.

The importance of this, was that it was clearly necessary for the client to easily locate any spelling or grammar errors quickly, and resolve them before the site went live.
